What happens when my internet goes down?
Kassly keeps working. All transactions are stored locally on your device and sync automatically when internet returns. You can operate offline for up to 72 hours without losing any data.
Is Kassly BIR-accredited?
Not yet, but Kassly is built with BIR requirements in mind. It generates sequential OR numbers, computes 12% VAT automatically, handles SC/PWD discount rules (RA 9994/10754), and produces Z/X readings. We're working toward official accreditation.
Do I need special hardware?
No. Kassly runs in any web browser on phones, tablets, laptops, or desktops. For receipt printing, any 58mm or 80mm thermal printer works. No proprietary hardware required.
Can I try before I pay?
Absolutely. The Free plan is free forever — no credit card, no time limit. If you want to try paid features, every plan comes with a 14-day free trial. Downgrade anytime.
How does SC/PWD discount work?
When a cashier selects SC or PWD discount, Kassly automatically applies the 20% discount and removes VAT from the eligible items per RA 9994/10754. The ID number is captured and printed on the receipt.
What is Payfolk and how does it connect?
Payfolk is our payroll and HR platform (also by Symflo). On the Growth plan and above, your Kassly shift data automatically syncs to Payfolk timesheets, and sales data can feed into commission calculations. Bundle both for a 12% discount.
